He will be a great help.  He will require a credit card number, however, nothing will be charged.  
Also, I have advised him that a number of people will probably pay in cash but they still need a 
credit card number.  If you need to cancel, they will charge a 30% penalty for cancellation 14 days 
or under.  (I'm sure if there was an emergency we could do something about that).  The hotel has a 
pool and is right next to the beach!!!  It's 50 euro for single, 60 for double and 68 for triple.

So far, the itinerary is as follows.

Tuesday, Welcome night. <br>
Wednesday, Night at Acondisma, Nea Karvali.  It's a prototype of a xorio, open theatre.  Supposed 
to me very nice.  The dance groups will be performing on that evening. <br>
Thursday, at 6:00pm a grip to the ancient site of Philipi. <br>
Friday, Trip to Thasso for youth.  Then Laiki vradia. <br>
Saturday, trip to alistrati caves, then Grand Banquet at Hotel Filoxenia atop a mountain. <br>
Sunday, church, swearing in of the boards. <br>

Please also make sure that you elect your delegate soon.  They will have the right to vote for the 
new president, vp, etc.  Your executive boards, Pres., VP, Secty, and Treasurer are automatically delegates.  
After that, you may elect one delegate for each 15 PAID members.  These delegates must attend the meetings 
throughout the week.   It's a position which should be taken most seriously.  Usually, the chapter pays for 
these delegates.

Now, for non-delegates the convention package for the youth will be $35.00.  This includes all of the 
above mentioned trips, dances, glendia, etc.
